How to manually draw a route?

Hi there,

I'd like to know if there is a way to manually draw a route in Garmin Mobile XT?
In some area there are no roads so I want to manually create a route.

And one more question, how to increase the speed when simulate a route? By default, GMXT simulate a route nearly at normal speed, I want to increase the speed to 100 KMph or 200 KMph.
Is that possible?
