Dashboard on Garmin connect gives error message

I get the message when I am on the dashboard of garmin connect:

Error
Sorry, but it appears that an error occurred.
What To Do Now?
◦Refresh this page
◦Hit the back button on your browser and try the action again
◦Return to this page in a few minutes
◦Contact Customer Support

This happened after I loaded the attached GPX file that I exported from training centre. I did this as Garmin connect gave an error loading the activity directly from the device. THe activities still apear in the calender (Except for the corupt file attached).

Can anyone help please

    I have exactly the same problem. Think its the (Dutch)server problem and not your file.

    Connect.Garmin.com Error

    Same here... I've tried to access the "www.Connect.Garmin.com" website from home and work and I get an error message? I've sent an email to support with no reply yet, it's the weekend. This is really fustrating!
