I have ANT agent installed on a MAC at home. I'm visiting relative out of state, installed ANT agent on their PC so that I can view my data while running here. Upload successful but the computer won't recognize the USB device. I've seen where these go bad, but how common is that?
My computer crashed and I am now trying to use my Garmin with my husband's computer. I went to the webpage to show me how to set up my garmin. The computer is not reading my usb drive. I saved the file and then ran it but when I put my watch within range the garmin agent does not ever find it, to download anything. It just keeps searching.
I really would like to get this taken care of. Right now I am not using something that was a lot of money and that was a gift from my husband. I loved it before my computer stopped working. Now it doesn't seem to work.
You have to put the watch back in pairing mode for it to be accepted by the USB device. On the FR60, that's in the Settings|System|Computer|Pairing menu. (eg. set pairing to ON)
