RINO 530 and Mototola Talkabout via GMRS?

I'm trying to use the 530 with some Moto Talkabout (T5950). I seem to be able to from the 530 to the T5950, but not the other way around. What's the recommended settings in the 530 to get this to work? E.g. squelch, vox, etc.
