Not able to "Send to Device"

I am having difficulties transfering my garminconnect personal settings into my Garmin EDGE 500. Specifically I am trying to load in my power zone information.

I click on the button "Send to Device" and receive a dialog box asking me to peview the changes, however there is no command to push the information into the EDGE 500 device.

I am using IE8 and I do have the Garmin Communicator plug-in. Any help is appreciated.
