Cannot join weekly steps challenge in Garmin connect *web+Android)

Hello.

When trying to join the weekly step challenge on a Monday, I keep getting this message

"Die Gruppen werden durchsucht, um die beste Schritt-Challenge für dich zu finden.

Du kannst andere Garmin Connect-Funktionen verwenden, während du wartest." (see photo)

It keeps staying like this the whole week.

It appears so also on my Android mobile.

(for other accounts on the same computer, the joining is flawless)

Hi Bryan.a could you verify your privacy settings for Garmin Connect? Navigate to the homepage of Garmin Connect on a computer > User Avatar > Settings > Privacy Settings > Ensure Activities and Steps are not set to 'Only Me' and if they are, temporarily change them to My Followers and Groups.

Thanks for the answer. My activities are set to friends as a default. This problem started some time ago, but after repeated tries I got in. Lately it is almost impossible to join.
