Differences between number of activities in HISTORY and .CSV file, and .FIT file in Garmin Connect Web

Hi all, one question:

I checked my F7 and have stored in HISTORY all activities until January 8th, 2026, and under HISTORY I can see "242".

On Connect Web, by exporting csv file until January 8th, 2026, I can read 310 activities.

Connecting F7 to PC, on INTERNAL STORAGE/ACTIVITIES, I have 190 .fit files.

What's the reason behind these mismatchings?

    Hi  this is a great question. The reason these three numbers may be different is because they each are counting different things. The activity count shown under History is the number of activities recording in the watch's history database. However, the watch may still retain summary records for an activity even when the original FIT file has been removed and archive or purge older FIT files to manage storage while still maintaining historical records in the database.

    The GARMIN / Activity folder likely only shows 190 FIT files due to older files being automatically deleted by the watch when storage management occurred.

    Your Garmin Connect account has the most, 310 activities, as it acts as the central database for all recorded activities. Keep in mind this also includes imported activities.
