405 locked up

My 405 is locked up. I tried to turn on with enter then tried to unlock it by pressing enter and quit ..did not work. When charging it might have layed on the enter and quit buttons. I see the Time, date and day screen which is not normal. Suggestions?

Try placing the 405 on the charger, and then press and hold both buttons for about 7 seconds. This should reset your device.
