Safari web browser - cannot log in to Garmin Connect or forums

Safari login has just stopped working. I've tried deleting all my cookies and it makes no difference.

On entering my email address and password and pressing the "Sign in" button the page hangs.

Normal service resumed some hours later.

It's random, just had it on Chrome & Opera, tried few times and then it started working. Weird.

Yes it's weird, I was able to sign in on Chrome but not Safari.
