UploadedFiles_0-_Part1.zip hangs Computer

I requested my Garmin Data Export and received a link to download my data. Downloaded the zip file which I extracted OK. In the extracted files there is another zip file "UploadedFiles_0-_Part1.zip" which I think has all my hike data. When I tried, multiple time, to extract the data, it hangs my computer.
How do you tell someone the Garmin Data Export has a problem or fix the problem?

You can try reaching out to the Product Support at https://support.garmin.com, but I am uncertain they can help you. In your place I would first try a dedicated Zip/Unzip program, and not the default decompression app of your OS. Try for example https://www.7-zip.org/ - I use it on Garmin's archives without any issues.

I did try a dedicated zip program, WinRAR and it did unzip the file but there were no hiking data, gpx or tcx extension file. Also re-requested export data but it was the same.

All activity files are in the FIT file format. The TCX format is used only at very old device models (around two decades old), that were released before the introduction of the FIT file program.
