Does not show activity

Try opening the same activity in the Garmin Connect mobile app to see if it loads. If it does, the issue is limited to Garmin Connect Web. If it doesn’t load there either, the activity file might be corrupt. In that case, zip and attach the FIT file here, so we can take a look.

Same for me. Multisport activities load correctly in the Connect mobile app, but the main page for multisport activities does not load in the web app. The individual activities have been uploaded, and can be viewed from the Activities menu option. 

Any luck here?

My multisport activity won't display on Connect Web, the page renders for a second, then goes blank. Every other activity in my account is fine.

Reproduces in Chrome, Firefox and incognito, on both laptop and phone browser. Cache cleared, renaming didn't help. The individual legs open fine on their own, and the whole activity displays correctly in the mobile app so the data seems intact and it's just the multisport page on web that fails.

Can someone look at the file for my activity ID?

Only Garmin can access the activity FIT file from your ID with your approval. Otherwise, you can zip the FIT file and attach it to this thread so we can review it and possibly fix it.

The very problem is that the activity page wont load for my to download the fit file. What I am trying to do is download the FIT file, but due to the bug the multisport activity page goes blank

The file should still be on your Garmin device, so you can grab the fit file directly from there. Then we can take a look and try to figure out what might be causing the issue.

Same problem on Firefox (Win 7 or MacOS) – activities on News Feed page don't appear/load. The layout of that web page seems to load and then, when loading contents of activities starts, the page turns blank. It seems that problem is related to map content. When I open web tools in Firefox, and reload the page, in the moment when page turns blank, several error messages appears in the console:

Error: No context provided: useLeafletContext() can only be used in a descendant of <MapContainer>

Uncaught Error: No context provided: useLeafletContext() can only be used in a descendant of <MapContainer>

Then a few errors about Error in source map with status:

 Error: request failed with status 403

And last error in the XHR POST error with status:

429 Too Many Requests

The problem is only with News Feed page. Showing activities via other ways (View Profile, All activities) works OK.
