Unable to upload new activities!

Dear sir and madams,

After my latest running this morning, I can no longer upload new activities through Garmin Connect, using the Forerunner 305.

Normally I use Google Chrome to upload new activities, but in frustration of the missing data, I tried Internet Explorer also, but with no luck.

I then tried to put the dongle into another free USB port, but still no luck.
Then i tried to restart the computer, but all with same result.

I also tried deleting history in the watch, keeping only the last months activities (which are all stored using Smart Time).

As a last resort I tried using the Training Center, and this works somewhat fine, although June 3 is stored under week of May 30th, why this might be a bug in either the watch or the Training Center.

Any help in regards to resolving this matter is highly appreciated.

    Having exactly the same problem. I can view my previous activities but cannot upload anything. Tried both my ride this morning and a one second test file.

    Is there some issue with the upload servers this morning? Or is it more localised?

    The website seems to be also very slow this morning, isn't it?

  • I'm getting the same thing with my Edge 500.... can't upload to Garmin Connect.

    I've tried everything... even exporting to a .GPX and .TCX file and manually uploading. :eek:

    Looks like everybody is having the problem...

    I too tried directly from my 405cx, from my user profile on the computer, from an exported file from both GTC and SportTracks, none of which worked.

    I'll try another manual upload later...

  • Same here. Couldn't upload a new activity. Tried then to upload an old one that worked (after changing the unique ID), didn't work either. After that tried to add a manual activity. Didn't work. Error message:

    You have entered a value that is not accepted by the database. Please enter a new value.

    Looks like everyone's having the problem. The data upload fine to TC, but not to GC. This is pretty annoying. I'm getting a bit pissed with the quality related to Garmin.

    Same here - can upload files onto Training Centre, but not Garmin Connect

    Same problem with uploading

    I'm having the same problem today. I can get to see the activities that are on my Garmin but when I select them it comes up as 'Failed' and when I click on the word 'Failed' it comes up as 'Internal Server Error'.

    I presume that GArmin is having some problems with it's website, does anyone know if they monitor the forums to pick this up?
