Activities that have a power guide won't load

When visiting an the page of an activity that contains a power guide, the page emits an error that ends up with a blank page. See the screenshot attached.

Is this happening on specific activity profiles?

Correction to my previous reply: I retested all three activities today. Only activity 20736580192 consistently fails to load. Activities 17391242545 and 20380022531 now load normally, including their Power Guide data. All three are Road Cycling activities, so this appears to be activity-specific rather than affecting the entire activity profile.

If it is just that one activity it could be something within that .fit file that is preventing it from uploading correctly. If you can try to manually upload just that one activity from the device and see what happens.

If you pay attention to the screenshot, you'll see a JavaScript error in the browser console. It's unlikely the .fit file is the problem, as I can see the activity perfectly fine in the Garmin Connect iOS app. As you can see in the screenshot, there's a JavaScript error happening. So even if the .fit file was damaged (very unlikely as it works on the iOS app), the connect.garmin.com web app should degrade gracefully and catch those errors. I'm a frontend engineer myself, so if you pass this error to the engineering team in charge of the connect.garmin.com web app, they'll know what to do to stop this from happening.

Could you check if this also occurs when using an incognito window then provide a screenshot of the Network tab while inside of Chrome Dev Tools?

For me it seems that error occurs when activity related to Diving or Snorkeling is loading. I have a friend having recent those two types of activities and my Newsfeed page is working until I scroll down and his activities starts to load. Error also occurs when showing his profile – once loading of these types of activities starts, all ends in blank page. Every time I see same sentence of messages in Console in Firefox as user HL attached in screenshot.

Still fails in incognito window. See attached screenshots. No error in the network tab (find attached the .har file).
