Appears "locked up"

I accidently left my Forerunner 405 on charge and left for the weekend. When I got home it was locked on the wrong time and will not respond or do anything. Is there a re-set? What do I do?:confused:

Press and hold both keys until the screen goes blank (about 7 seconds). This will reset the device.
