Fmi 40 cable connection problem

Hi Friends;
I've a FMI 40 cable.I will connect this cable to my fleet management system.But i don't know how i will connect it.there is there cables ;
yellow
brown
white
which one of these RxD,TxD and GND..

Please help dear friends and garmin skills...
