Contacting a user in Garmin Connect

Hi, is there any way to contact a Garmin connect user that has uploaded a route? I would like to share with them some experiences etc..

If you left click on the username in GC and choose "Send Private Message" it will show in their Private Messages Folder.

I cant make it work, I am looking at explore, so I find the route and the owner of that route, but If I left click it does open the specific route..but not the private message.., Actually I have a question, where is my private messages folder in GC?

If you left click on the username in GC and choose "Send Private Message" it will show in their Private Messages Folder.

This is in Garmin Connect, and not at the Forums.. the user is not registered at the forums database
