I would like to see the ability to pull in from web data source the temperature and humidity every 15 minutes or so and attach to the rest of the Garmin data so you can see a history temp/humidity for various activities and normalize performance and heart rate data based on temp and humidity.
For such an expensive piece of electronics (705) why the temperture is not recorded is a bit odd. My old $25 wireless displayed the tempureture. Humidity would be nice also. Is riding at 14c not different to riding at 32c, or am I missing something?
Funny thing is that the Garmin Edge 705 does have the temp but it is hidden. Hit the power and Toggle buttons and among the various information is "Temperature." Why cant we see it as a choice in Data fields?

As I believe has been mentioned several times, that is not the outside temp, but the internal temp (for oscillators and stuff, I guess).
This would be a great feature. Detailed weather information for your run based on the GPS location and date/time should be logged automatically for every activity.
