I may be washing my hands of Garmin because of the problem I'm having with my second 465T. I bought my 1st one on April the 22, 2010 and exchanged it for another one on May 22, 2010 just at the end of Bestbuys return policy. My 1st 465T started having sound problems, it would be working fine one min then start to sound like transformers talking with one another, very distorted!!! the sound volume locks up and doesn't work. You have to reset the unit for it to start working again.! I have the latest software updated and everything was updated the day after I bought it. I have used it two days now and the second unit is starting to do the same thing as the first one!!!... Garmin!!! I have a 200W that I used for two years and never had a problem! I switched to the 465T because of it being for truckers! If this problem isn't resolved soon, the second one will be going back for a refund and I'll buy another brands Trucker GPS that I am eyeing in the same price range.
