garmin coach re-schedule activity and it disappeared.

I'm using garmin coach. I re-schedule my activity and it disappeared. I first did it from the mobile app, and disappeared. I then try to turn off my venu 3s, clear the cache in the mobile app, try to visualize from the web app. The activity I re-schedule disappeared completely from my monthly plan. To confirm the error I try to re-schedule from the web app another activity that I have from Monday to Tuesday. And it also disappeared from everywhere. Couldn't fix it. So I exit the garmin plan, and create a new one. In the past month I was able to re-schedule without problems, not sure what changed from last month to this month.

They haven't contacted me yet. I tried the calendar again, and the problem persists. Is there any other way to report to Garmin?

I’ve already reported the issue as mentioned earlier. If you want to be added to the support case, you can reach out to Garmin Product Support through the Garmin Support Center. I’d recommend using chat or calling, as availability will vary depending on your location and time of day. You could also email [email protected], but don’t count on a quick reply or resolution with that option.

Mine started doing this at the same time the issue you described above started. There is only one scheduled workout but it shows multiple on the other screen. Maybe thats the ones that were removed coming off of one screen only?

Yes I have also recently had this problem, whereas rescheduling training has worked before. My scheduled workout still shows up in my plan, but at the bottom of the page with a different 'title'. It doesn't get sent to my watch nor does it show up in the Garmin calendar

I have this issues as well, when I try to select the rescheduled workout, it says "an error has occurred" and a blank screen.

In my case, this seems to be resolved. I can open the calendar, click on a workout, choose "Remove from Calendar," and only that specific workout will be removed. It doesn’t affect other days where the same workout is scheduled.

Just a clarification this issue you are mentioning here is different from the one I reported which involves Garmin coach activities that you cannot remove but you can reschedule.

I've submitted an email to support with the original issue. But they didn't confirm if they fix it yet, they seem to be looking at it...

I talked (email) to Garmin support. They are aware of the problem, as they noticed they have received more reports about the problem.

There are coders in Garmin that are looking into it.

This is why it is important to report problems that you get.
