Problems Updating Nuvi 260W. Firmware update

Hi, I have a nuvi 260W from aug 2008, I tried to update software using webupdater and through the web site (my products, I alredy registered the gps), and tha apps said that I have the last version.
My nuvi has Software version 4.00 and I saw another nuvi 260W with software version 6.40.
How can I update my GPS, and how do I update the firmware??
