I did a long run today, and the GPS glitched at the start of the run, causing my watch (Epix Pro 2) to think I had covered a mile when I had only covered about 6/10 of a mile. As a result, Garmin Connect thinks I set a new PR for 1 mile, and it calculated a new lactate threshold pace that is much too fast. I can trim the activity to cut out that first mile, and I have, but the 1 mile PR and the incorrect lactate threshold pace remain. How do I correct those? My lactate threshold had been calculated just a week earlier at 9:12/mile and 169 bpm, but after today's run it is showing as 8:37 at 174 bpm.
