Impossible to open an activity with GC Web

Impossible to open an activity (23784798415), the load starts, the title appears, then I a have a blank page and no more title after a few seconds. GC Web works fine for all my other activities.

Does it open in Connect mobile app? If you want that someone here on the forum looks at it, download the activity from the watch (in the folder //GARMIN/Activity/) and post it zipped here.

Yes I can open it in Connect mobile app and also in Basecamp (2026-07-29-08-49-39.fit imported)

The file is 2026-07-29-08-49-39.fit, but "format not allowed" when I upload it. I zipped it :

I ran your file through Fit File Repair Tool. I exported the file without making any changes, and Garmin Connect accepted it. The export process rebuilds the FIT structure and CRC, which is often enough to fix whatever Garmin didn’t like.

Before importing the repaired file, you’ll need to delete the originally uploaded activity from your activities list, otherwise Garmin will detect it as a duplicate ride.

When I imported the file 2026-07-29-08-49-39-fixed.fit (after the activity linked to 2026-07-29-08-49-39.fit has been deleted):

The activity of the 29th of July is still on my watch but no more on Android GC App and GC web.

It shouldn't matter, but I used the "Import Data" link from the Garmin Connect Web home page.

You could also try using a different web browser, like Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or others.

Strange, I can import it without errors too.

Did you remove the original? If so, then try using a different Internet connection, or a different computer in another location. Or try it with GC Web on a phone.

Yes I removed the original on GC web with Android GC. As already said the original activity is only on my watch now.

I also tried with different internet connections, not in the same location than last week. I tried with a browser on my phone too.

This morning I created a new little activity on my watch. I didn't synchronize with GC. I upload it with MTP on my computer. I deleted it from my watch. I uploaded it in GC web without any problem from my computer with firefox :

The issue is in GC web which, at the beginning, didn't display the fit files 2026-07-29-08-49-39.fit well synchronized by Android GC App and which can't import 2026-07-29-08-49-39.fit or 2026-07-29-08-49-39-fixed.fit as another fit file.
