Garmin lets you export all of your account data, including every FIT file, GPX route, and TCX activity. You can request this through Garmin’s “Export Your Data” page.
However, COROS does not support importing Garmin activity history. You can upload GPX routes for navigation, but you cannot import past runs, rides, races, or any of Garmin’s analytics. You would need to contact COROS support directly and ask whether they can import Garmin data into their system.
