Can not see POIs in nav screen on my Kenwood DNX7340

I followed all the instructions, created the CSV, used POILoader to save the data as a Garmin POI to the Garmin folder on an SD card, inserted the SD card into my headunit which loaded the POIs into internal memory and everything seems to be OK. I check the navigation map- and I can not see the POIs, yet the co-ordinates I used on my test POI was stright from Google Maps!?

Anyone have a suggestion?

Hello,

we are having the exact same problem.
We downloaded a csv file, and ran it through the POI software from garmin to create a POI file, we place this directly on a micro SD card, enter this card, restart software, software detects new POI's from the card.
Then asks to accept to copy these to the unit, okey, copy finished, you have succesfully uploaded 1600+ POI's. We think great, it works...
Okey, now guess these POI are nowhere!
According to the manual, these should be in the folder Where to => Extra's
but they aren't. Also other folders we have checked, nowhere to find.

Did you manage to solve this problem?
Does there have to be a certain folder or name in the sd card?
I don't know.:confused:
Can you help me further please?
