Downloading activities from the Internet to the Training Center

As with most of your users, there will come a day when a laptop is stolen, a harddrive fails, legacy computers are upgraded etc. When this happens, all of the data from the Training Center is lost.

It would be value-added to be able to download all of the activities stored online to the Training Center. The current system only allows for one activity at a time to be downloaded.

Looking forward to this new feature!

    TSAWCHUC,

I don't mean to be rude, but I think you may have misunderstood SPB007's request. Admittedly, making a backup of the Training Center is one way of preparing for the worst, but I think the original poster was interested in being able to export multiple activities from Garmin Connect.

I'm having an issue with the Training Center, myself, whereby I can download the FIT files from my GPS receiver, but Training Center won't show the heart rate, pace, and other graphs. If I upload the FIT file to Garmin Connect and then export it to a TCX file, I can import that into Training Center, and everything's copacetic. Doing this one file at a time is a hassle. It'd be so much more convenient if I could simply upload all of my FIT files and the export all of those activites (in one go) to a TCX file that I can import into Training Center. (For what it's worth, the Garmin technical support folks have promised a new version of Training Center that's supposed to resolve this issue.)

I second SPB007's request for the ability to export multiple activities into a single TCX file.
