Race Activity Won't Sync to Garmin Connect

I ran a race yesterday and the activity is displaying on my watch as normal. However, I am unable to sync the activity to my Garmin Connect app. I've started and saved other activities after the race and they sync as expected. I believe I found the .fit file in NewFiles folder and attempted to repair it and uplaod it manually. That has been unsuccessful as well. Can anyone help me, please?

    The activity would typically exist in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY or sometimes in the \GARMIN\TempFIT folder. Have you tried using FIT File Viewer.? It can fix corrupt FIT files in many cases.

    If you're having trouble uploading the repaired file, attach the original file to this thread so we can see if it’s fixable.

    • Zip the file, then in your reply go to Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for the file >> OK.
    • Or, upload the FIT file to a file-sharing service like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox, set it to public, and share the link in your post.
