Can not delete multi-sport activity on connect.garmin.cn

I have an multi-sport activity in All Activitys that I would like to delete. When I click on the first activity in the multi-sport and delete, I get the prompt:
Are you sure you want to delete this activity? This cannot be undone
I click the "Delete" button, but the activity remains.

delete url is connect.garmin.cn/.../13935142, response status is 504 Gateway Timeout

Very odd! Any suggestions?

    The 504 Gateway Timeout error  response is typically an indicator that the server was unable to complete your request in time and more than likely is not an issue with the account or your browser. 

    Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

    1. Refresh and verify the activity status

      • Log out of Garmin Connect and sign back in.
      • Check whether the activity still appears in All Activities and whether any portions of the multisport activity have been removed.

    2. Try deleting from the Connect app

      • Delete the activity from the Garmin Connect mobile app.

     Garmin Connect mobile app also can not delete this multi-sport activity .
