Problem about the 4.10 upgrade - nuvi1490T

Hello,

I upgrade my Garmin nuvi 1490T 4.0 to 4.10 and now it turn off when I click on the agree button! :(
Why?
Is there a reset button? or is it possible to download the old version 4.0
