Unable to login to Garmin Connect

I am unable to access my Garmin Connect because I can't get past the log in page.

After entering login ID and password the blue bar at the top of the page shows me as being logged in but if I click on any of the tabs all that comes up is the log on page.

Using IE8 and Window Vista and have checked that ANT agent and 310XT software is all up to date. Have also tried clearing the browser cached, all to no avail.

Anyone else had this problem and, if so, how did you resolve it?

i have the exact same problem on my home pc, i cant get past the login screen but data is still loaded to garminconnect. I can view it all no problems with my work computer and ipod touch, but not on my main pc. I'm also running Vista, i guess some update of either windows or garmin has screwed it up. It all seemed to happen at easter when the garmin site was down for all the new updates ??

Please someone help !

Does anyone know a fix yet?

On the same PC it works on one users logon but not another. Looks like it related to a users profile.

I had this problem but for a short time was able to click on the activities tab and get to my data. Then that STOPPED working.

I have been unable to access any of my data since 4/1/10.

I am about to move completely to Sportstrack.

Got same problem with vista 32bit, with vista 64bit I dont have the problem. IE8 version is the same on 32bit and 64bit vista.

I also did try to cleanup all the browser data with no luck.

In the upper right corner it says "You are signed in as iandolozone"

It worked a few days ago.... Windows 7 64bit with IE8.

Can't Connect ... time for a new brand?

I have the same problem. I have been a loyal Garmin customer and have liked the development of their running watches over the years, but without the website the watch loses half it's value. I emailed for help and never heard back. It looks like time to find a new brand.

I have the same configuration, same issue - and same conclusion. Very dissapointing that no response from Garmin have been made. A forum for feedback not beeing read is not worth much...

I tried this, still doesn't work... Anyone else have suggestions?

--UPDATE--

The problem must be related to IE8. I loaded Firefox and Garmin Connect works just fine.

Unable to login to Garmin Connect

I have changed to fire fox and updated the safe sites but still can not get access to garmin connect. Please help:eek:
