Last runs don't upload from 405

I last uploaded about a week ago. When I tried to upload my last few runs this morning it says there is nothing to be uploaded. SportTracks also can't find any new runs but I see them under History -> Activities on the 405 itself. They do not show up in the History folder in the Garmin area of Documents and Settings.

How do I get these uploaded? Thanks.
