how do i merge two activities

I would like to merge two activities. my garmin auto saved at a lunch stop so i have two activities for what was one ride. does anyone know how to join or merge them ?

You can try using File Combiner — FIT File Tools.If that doesn’t work, zip the two files you want to merge and attach them to this thread. We can then try other tools to combine the activities.
