Issue Updating C530 - Please HELP - Won't work at all

Just got a new 2010 Harley Ultra Classic and had a Zumo 550 put on it...

Registered the Zumo and updated the software/map to current...

Also, have 2 Streetpilot C530s that we use in our business...

Purchased the Lifetime Map Updates for both - 1 for each as directed...

Updated the software on both without issue...

One C530 updated with no issues at all, although I did have to select "East" - A portion of the entire update due to insufficient space...

The other C530 - when it gets to this point just tells me their is insufficient space and does not give me an option to select a portion of the map to update...

Currently, I can't update and I am getting the message "No detailed maps found that support routing. The Streetpilot cannot be used without them"...

It is dead in the water right now as it cannot be used...

I have gotten past the message as above, but the unit is worthless at this point as there is no mapping data...

Have attempted to download and install from a different computer - same result and MapSource is not being downloaded and installed on the different computer...

Have also inserted a 2GB SD card and that hasn't helped either...

Please HELP!!!
