Floor climbing activities not displaying

In the past I would do my floor climbing activity then update the actual floors climbed online. Now none of the floor climbing actives show data when I click on the activity. I can see data flash for a second btu then the screen goes blank.

Using Win 11 Edge browser

Not sure what happened but it is working today. I have two pc and iPhone. On iPhone I have never been able to edit the number of floors climbed. I do 225 per session and my Instinct 3 - 45mm, AMOLED usually…

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Floors Climbed activity. I would love help with this. For this, I would love to collect some additional details:

Does the same thing occur when you try editing the activity on the Connect app?
What device are you recording the Floors Climbing activity?

I was told about this about a month ago in another thread. It seems to me it would be easier to find if it was named stair climbing or at least next stair stepper in the menu. If I remember correctly, it is almost at the bottom of the list .

Hello, I have reported it 6 days ago with technical details but did not get any response. Today I have checked if something changed and the activity is now visible.
