Bug: Dakota 20 + Heart-Rate-Belt + Recording of Heart-Rate

I am using a Dakota 20 with a original Garmin Heart-rate-belt to record my heart-rate on my mountainbike tours. I found a bug in the Dakota Firmware:
The heart-rate is recorded fine as long as i ALWAYS stay in proximity of the Dakota. When i leave the receiving-range of the Dakota, my heart-rate is no longer shown on the Dakota. If i re-enter the receiving-range the heart-rate is shown again. So far, so good.
BUT: from the point of leaving the receiving-range of the Dakota, even if i re-enter the receiving-range shortly after, the heart-rate is no longer recorded in the GPX File. I could test this behavior on several occasions.

Even short toilet-stops break the recording of my heart-rate :-(

Which is the best way to report this bug? Is there a special email address for reporting firmware bugs?

After parsing the affected GPX Files it's obvious that the Dakota is not to blame, but the Software "Rubitrack" is. I will contact the author.

I have the same trouble, nothing save this info but appears always on screen.

Could you confirm you can have sometimes some HR recording in the GPX file of your Dakota 20?

In my (little...) past experience, I conclued that the Dakota 20 can show my realtime HR on its screen, but just cannot record anything of that kind !
