I plug in the ant agent, and nothing downloads from my forerunner 405. I have tried manual downloads, it says it worked.. but the data is not displayed. I have tried force send.. everything.
Any ideas?:confused:
Is the Ant agent configured to send the data to training centre and connect ? Right click on the micky mouse icon, select device settings and make sure the two auto transfer options are ticked.
You will need to make sure that you have the Ant Agent downloaded as well as the Garmin Communicator Plugin. Then you will need to right click on the icon for the Ant Agent (if using a windows operating system) and select pair with new devices and make sure it is enabled. Then make sure on your watch that pairing is on. It will ask you on the computer if you want to pair your device. If you cannot figure it out call garmin support.
