Two suggestions for Garmin Connect

Suggestion 1 – Power Guidance on Routes

The first suggestion would be to enable power guidance on a route by allowing the user to identify sections by kilometre (or similar), for example by dragging across points on the map, and then assign a target power to that specific segment in an easy and intuitive way.

Suggestion 2 – Smarter Automatic Laps Based on Map Points

The second suggestion concerns laps: it would be very useful if the automatic lap function included an option (similar to the 5 km setting) that allowed the user to mark a lap directly on the map, so that the device automatically recognises those locations as lap triggers. With this, simply passing through the marked point would start a lap on the device and display the corresponding targets.
