Garmin Livetrack to gpx

Question

Yesterday I did a route that I shared on Livetrack: https://gar.mn/pPAdwkprA. 
 At kilometer 142, I stopped for lunch and paused the activity. When changing the GoPro battery, I accidentally pressed "discard activity." I started another one for the remaining part of the route. 
 How can I recover the activity to upload it to Garmin Connect using the record I have on Livetrack?

 If you've enabled LiveTrack with "Extend Session Visibility," and it's not past 24 hours ago, you might be able to recover the GPS track using a LiveTrack converter, such as LiveTrack export (dsantini.it) . Keep in mind that doing it this way, you'll be missing a lot of the metrics you would typically have. You'll have the track on a map, elevation, pace, and heart rate, but not much more.
