Is there any functionality on the web/watch where I can just set a number of miles per week and garmin generates runs per day? Say 40 MPW and it gives me a long run and then other runs to get to that total?
Is there any functionality on the web/watch where I can just set a number of miles per week and garmin generates runs per day? Say 40 MPW and it gives me a long run and then other runs to get to that total?
You can get close to this in the Connect app by creating a Garmin Run Coach plan. That will let you customize your goals (including overall distance and if you want to hit that distance in a certain time (example: 10 miles @ 1:40:00). Then, Connect will put together a plan that adjusts to help you reach that goal.

Thank you -- I was thinking something along the lines of X MPW with Y number of active days and then it generates that calendar math. Sounds like Run Coach plan might be only option but could you pass that idea along to product team?
