Help combining two tracks into one

Hello all.

My tracking accidentally stopped half-way through, ending in two different recordings.

I'd be very grateful for your help in combining them back into one.

I've tried all online tools, to no success.

Thank you very much, seilogramp!

I noted the tool you used for future.

For knowledge sharing purposes, I see that the following metrics did not add up, rather carried over from the first track: elevation, training effect, respiration, sweat/liquid.

With the exception of elevation data, the rest I can live with, but still better than spilt tracks.

I used Garmin Connect's DEM as elevation source to correct elevation. All's perfect. Thanks again!
