The plug-in was not unlocked successfully

I am having the same problem. I am running a Mac (current os, up to date). I was able to upload location photos using the plug in for firefox. I know get this error "The plug-in was not unlocked successfully". I am running the current ver of firefox and the current plug in. I have uninstalled, re-started, re-installed and continue to get the same error. I have a Garmin 265w that I have uploaded to with no problems.
Tips?

Garmin, wake up

Samo problem here, running Vista Business, IE8.
Have read about many people having the same problem!
How much longer do we have to hope to get an answer of Garmin Tech..?
