Sign in probems

I'm having the same problem when I try to sign in to see my data.

Well I feel a bit better thats its not just me. Hopefully someone can point us in the right direction to getting this fixed.

I have limited knowledge about Garmin Connect, but this sounds like an issue with cookies. Make sure your browser is accepting cookies from Garmin Connect.

If you are still having this issue I recommend contacting Garmin Support.

I'm having the same problem. It happened a few weeks ago too but then it seemed to work for a while. Bloody infuriating!

Seems to be just Internet Explorer. Safari and Google Chrome work ok. Any ideas anyone?

I am having exactly the same problem. I sign in and get ackowledgment in the top right corner, but still cannot view my activities.
It did exactly the same thing two weeks ago then fixed itself, now it is cactus again.
The 405Cx is a great training tool but frankly, I would not buy another based on all the software problems we are continually having.
Garmin need to wake up.

When I sign into Garmin Connect, it says in the top right hand corner that I am "signed in as mcgorian", but takes me straight back to the sign in page, and will not let me go anywhere else.

This problems has only started in the last day or two.

Has anyone else had this, and how can I stop it?

I can't see my dashboard or activites either after signing in. It shows that I'm signed in, but I can't access any of my personal information. I hope they get it fixed soon.

Same log in issues - no help from GARMIN

I have read through all of the posts in this section and the same thing is going on with my access. I log in and see that I am logged in but regardless what i click, I end up back at the sign in page. This is frustrating and a pain. Garmin does not seem to be weighing in on this issue. Has anyone gotten resolution?:mad:

I have had the same problem the last 3-4 days. I tried to get in using Opera as browser and then I get in but it does not provide all information. Garmin needs to fix this.

Give up on Internet Explorer

I gave up tring to get an answer from Garmin and went with one of the recommendations to download Chrome. It works great now. So IE is the problem, not Garmin (completely).:cool:
