Connect PHOTOS does not work

As many users claim the same, I suppose it is not a specific problem of my software or hardware....

PROBLEM:

When you click the button SEND TO DEVICE (having selected photos before..) on Garmin Connect Photos a window pops up which says:

The plug-in was not unlocked successfully

Running Vista Business, IE8, latest Garmin communicator, the communicator test page works fine...

What is the cause for this PROBLEM?
Anyone has a clue?

Garmin tech support..anyone working there?

I am having the same problem. It does not work anymore. I have used this service successfully in the past, but have been unable to get it to work over the last week or so.:mad:

Same problem here. The photo navigation feature is one of the reasons I choose my GPS so it's a real drag that it doesn't work. I've tried it in Vista running both windows explorer and firefox. I get the same error in both. I'll phone garmin tomorrow and find out what they have to say about it.

Garmin connect is no longer available for me also. Nuvi255 with a mac running snow leopard. Loved downloading places of interest to visit on trips. Where did it go?
