When I create manually strength training workout via Garmin Connect Web, I don't see videos related with exercises I have selected to be in workout (despite those videos are available when similar exercise is part of strength training generated by Garmin.

Yeah, I tested it know as well and that trick has been fixed since I used it the last time.
I just tried and haven't completely verified, but if you change the exercise for an existing step, rather than deleting the step, it sems to retain the video.
