Hi, my Garmin 405 has been stuck on the same screen since yesterday (it's in training mode). Tried resetting it by holding down the 2 bezels for 6-10 seconds, but sill nothing. It won't even reset to a blank screen. When I charge it, nothing happens. It's still frozen on the same screen. Not sure what else there is to do, can you please help?
Does touching the bezel make it beep ? Just wondering if the 'brains' are working and somehow the screen is disconnected. Surprised the master reset didn't work.
