The plug-in was not unlocked successfully

I've just tried uplaoding to Garmin Connect, but when I do so I don't get the usual upload page but a page that says:

"The plug-in was not unlocked successfully"

What does that mean? How do I get it working again?

I'm on Mac OS 10.6.3 and Firefox, but all was working fine yesterday and nothing has changed at my end as far as I am aware.

Same issue here

I have all updates on my mac and firefox. It used to work and now I get the same error. I tried in safari and the same thing happened.
Help!

Same on win 7

I just tried and ran into the same issue on a win 7 machine with ie 8. Again, all updates installed.
