Not allowed to create new workout in Garmin Connect web

I'm no longer allowed to create a new workout in Garmin Connect Web. The button is not clickable.  BTW I'm able to create workouts in the connect app.

Is there any quick fix to this?

    You have to select the type first. Then the button becomes clickable
