I need to download the time table chart data (when I go to sleep, when I wake up, when is RAM etc) in a signle file for a defined period of days per day (for ex 30 days but I need each day’s time table). Do you know how can I do that?
I am working on a sleep coach myself as I believ the Garmin sleep coach could be better. I would like to let them know but first gotta do myself.
Currently the download of the time table chart of sleeping is not available, the downloaded data does not give the details of the sleeping chart. I need the chart below with its related data for the amount of dates I want: (for ex)
