Trouble with heart rate data transfer.

I have a oregon 400t and recently picked up a heart rate monitor. Tried it for the first time today. It registered the HR on the 400, I checked it on multiple occasions over my 4 hour ride. When I transfered data to GC the HR section was empty.

Any Ideas?

I have a 550 and have the same problem. The work-a-round I use is to "Save the Track" and then do a manual upload of that file. Dunno why it works but it does.

Thanks. It sure would be nice to have that simple feature work simply. Wouldn't have bothered spending the $60 on the HR strap if I was aware of the issue. I already have a Polar brand monitor. Reaching in my camelback to get the Garmin during a ride to see if I'm riding hard enough just isn't an option on mountain biking trails.
