Can I store tracks here on GC and then download back to my GPS if I want to retrace my path?

Yes. Click 'send to device'.
You can also do it in the Garmin Training Centre software although you have to convert an activity to a course first and then send to device from there.

I don't see "send to device" anywhere on my GC page. :confused:
