Create a workout, add a repeat, and the repeats header where you can increase/decrease the number of times is now able to scroll vertically.

The problem is within .WorkoutRepeatStep_titleWrapper__pspYK, namely overflow-x: hidden. Remove/amend this and it doesn't scroll and disappear.
